In her 50s she reinvented herself and retrained as a Dance Fitness teacher, gained a diploma in anatomy and physiology and vastly reducing the amount of time spent behind a computer screen. She has achieved her Blue Belt in Nia, which is inspired by a combination of martial arts, relaxation and dance forms and in Seated and Adapted Movement for those less able to leap about. Especially enjoying her work with the elderly and those with chronic diseases such as Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia and ME.
Award winning, SFEDI accredited business and life coach she continues to coach emerging, socially motivated businesses, has a thriving Neuro Linguistic Programming practice in Norwich and is in demand throughout the country for her lively and interactive presentations on everything from setting up a social enterprise, personality types, coaching and healthy lifestyle.
