In partnership with Norwich Theatre Royal’s Limelight programme for the over 50s. An hour of easy to learn, gentle on the joints, fun to join in movements to fabulous music from all around the world. NIA, Qigong, African and Indian dance moves. Develop your core strength, balance and flexibility. Beginners welcome and those perhaps not in the first flush of youth. First class £5, then £7 drop-in and £25 a month paid on the first session of the month.
